Amy’s journey in art began with the opening of her art studio in Central, where she integrated art therapy principles into her fluid art practice and introduced her unique meditative art creation to a wider audience, inviting them to embrace the ‘Expecting the Unexpected’ beauty of fluid art.
After graduating from the University of the Arts London, Amy established herself as a contemporary artist in Hong Kong. Specialising in abstract painting in the fluid art format, she has cultivated a unique style that embraces the concept of randomness and controllability of life’s experiences. In response to the challenges posed by Covid-19, Amy transitioned her artistic endeavours to the digital realm, leveraging technology to showcase her work in a virtual gallery on Meta. By incorporating AR features, viewers were able to engage with her exhibitions from home, fostering a new level of interactive and immersive art experience. Building on her success in the virtual space, Amy expanded her creative vision to include AR designs, turning art into a lively form. Culminating in the launch of her first series of AR interactive postcards in 2023, it embraced technology and pushed the boundaries of traditional art forms. Amy continues to redefine the boundaries of artistic expression and engagement in the modern era.
