Our process involves handpicking artists who have the freedom to select the artworks they wish to sell. However, we do exercise moderation over the content and there is a chance that we might remove a work if its authenticity comes into question. The artists have gone through an evaluation by professional art curators before listing their artwork on Artbridger.
All the artists we collaborate with have established themselves within their respective countries of residence. We actively seek out these artists from around the world to provide you with a diverse and exceptional international collection. Artists are then examined by our network of professional art curators, artists who passed the curation stage can sell their work on Artbridger. If you are an artist yourself, we encourage you to apply through the provided page. Rest assured that we respond to all applications.
Artbridger only sell original artworks; they are not reproduced and further editions are not published by the artist.
Every artwork available for purchase on Artbridger is accompanied by a signed certificate of authenticity, affirming its genuineness. Additionally, all editions, including photographs and prints, are numbered and personally signed by the artist.
Occasionally, artworks may already be sold, and in such cases, it is clearly indicated on the artwork page. If you are unable to find another artwork that captures your interest, we encourage you to reach out to us. We can suggest other works by our artists who are not currently featured online. We are more than happy to assist you in discovering additional pieces that you may love.
Framing options are available for select artworks. However, not all works come with framing options. The availability of framing will be indicated on the artwork page or can be confirmed by contacting us directly. If framing is not available for a particular artwork, we can provide guidance and recommendations on framing options that would complement the piece.
If an artwork is already framed, the frame is considered an integral part of the artwork and is included in the listed price. In the case of unframed works, Artbridger offers framing services at an additional cost. The cost of the frame, along with the price of the artwork, will be included in the total charge. Rest assured, we take into account your budget when determining the cost of framing and ensure it is within your desired range.
If you have a specific artist in mind, you can conveniently search for them on our artists page. In the event that your search yields no results, we kindly request you to provide us with your contact details. If the artist decides to join Artbridger, we will promptly notify you.
The dimensions of each artwork are clearly specified on the respective artwork page. However, if you have any additional questions or require further clarification, please do not hesitate to reach out to us. We are here to assist you, and if needed, we can provide you with images that can give you a better understanding of the artwork's dimensions. Your satisfaction is important to us, and we are more than happy to provide any necessary assistance.
The image is an accurate depiction of the artwork provided by the artist. If the artwork you ordered is not what you expected, please contact our customer service and we would be please to provide you with further assistance.
To purchase an artwork, simply click on the 'Purchase Art' button located on the artwork page. You will then be prompted to provide your details for delivery. Following that, you will be asked to select your preferred method of payment, which can be done through card payment, Paypal, or by contacting us for bank transfers. Once the payment is successfully processed, you will receive confirmation from our payment processor. To further assure you, we may promptly call you to confirm the receipt of your payment. We strive to provide a seamless buying experience and aim to promptly address any concerns or queries you may have throughout the process.

Artbridger only accept full payment, the transaction is not completed and the artwork will be not held without receiving a full payment.
Once the payment has been processed, the artwork is reserved for you! We will send you a confirmation email with delivery details.
Your will be charged at the time of checkout when you confirm your purchase. This is the point when your payment is authorized and processed by our payment gateway. Please note that if you are using a debit card, the payment may be immediately deducted from your account balance.
In normal circumstances, all sales are final once submitted and may not be cancelled or modified by the Buyer or Seller, for more details please refer to the Refund Policy in the Terms and Conditions.

Ensuring the safe delivery of artworks to our clients is our utmost priority at Artbridger. To achieve this, all products are meticulously packaged by the artists themselves, following our specific guidelines. We also collaborate with professional third-party logistics companies, who specialize in handling and transporting artworks, to further enhance the safety of the delivery process. By adhering to these measures, we aim to ensure that your artwork arrives in excellent condition, ready to be enjoyed. We understand the value and significance of the artworks, and we take great care to protect them throughout the shipping journey.
At Artbridger, our goal is to deliver orders within 2 weeks following the purchase. However, please bear in mind that actual delivery times can vary depending on several factors. We make every effort to ensure timely and efficient delivery of your artwork while taking into account any additional requirements.
Once you have made a purchase, you can track your order using the tracking link provided to you via email. Please note that the tracking service may vary slightly depending on the third-party shipping provider we use for your order. Some shipping companies may offer options to schedule delivery at your convenience, although this cannot be guaranteed by Artbridger. It's important to mention that the tracking information is sent to you by our third-party delivery services. We will keep you informed via email about any updates to your purchase, including a shipping confirmation email that will include a tracking number. This way, you can easily keep track of the shipping status of your order.
Delivery cost depends on your geography and the delivery service provided by our third-party provider. Please note that the delivery cost is not included in the market price of the artwork, but it will be included in the final payment price when you check out. Please note that our final check-out price include: - All customs fees and taxes. - Shipping cost provided by third-party logistic provider.
We have already included all taxes and customs fees in the price of the artwork. However, in rare instances, the shipping company may request payment for customs import fees. If this situation arises, we kindly ask you to make the payment in advance and provide a receipt or bank statement to your customer care specialist. This will ensure that there are no further delays, and we will promptly refund the entire amount back to you. Our aim is to provide a seamless experience and address any issues that may arise during the customs process.
Unfortunately, all sales are final. Works cannot be returned to the artists or owners of the work after being delivered in a satisfactory condition. However, if the artwork was damaged upon delivery, please contact us at hello@artbridger.com within 48 hours upon receiving the product so that we can work with the artist or owner of the artwork to undertake an investigation. You may also refer to our return policy in our Terms and Condition.
