Sometimes, not all artwork produced is good work, let alone great. One may develop many bad art to reach a decent enough piece to show the world. The rest of the bad work would just be left in the dark corner of the studio; occasionally, some artworks may get pulled out and revisited – this was one of them. The artwork was retrieved and stayed on the wall for some time. The artist added strokes and colours randomly from time to time with new eyes and perspectives. Over time, the story builds upon the artist's thoughts, emotions, experiences, fears and dreams – weeks or months of the artist's life. This diptych is trying to project that, sometimes, new lights can only be seen in darkness when one dares to dream.
