Infinity No.010 (无限 No.010)

The "Infinite" series of works represents a search for realms beyond reality, for a dreamlike state. Each piece portrays the secret landscapes of my inner heart at that time. My creative characteristic is "transcendent fusion": bridging Eastern and Western cultures, tradition with the contemporary, and geographies of the North and South... Perceiving time and space, body and spirit, grandeur and the everyday through different dimensions, sensuously interpreting rational information, and explaining my self-awareness, perception of the era, and understanding of the world, I convey my own inner world and a unique cosmology. Where does one find beauty? It is a journey of seeking goodness and truth within, and seeking beauty without. Each creation is less a depiction of a certain object, and more a solidification of one's state at a particular time, a true exploration and interpretation of the heart, a monologue of the self, or perhaps a dialogue... Every line on the canvas is a silent poem, telling the common emotions of humanity. Perhaps this is another language for communicating with the outside world... Without the need for stares, in silence, one feels the passage of time and the resonance of the soul...
