I love the concept behind this work and would love to see it in colour - I can imagine the fractures rendered in kaleidoscopic colours.
Facing the numerous injustices in the world, I fantasize about dispersing with the wind, gradually disintegrating myself. Yet, I can also reassemble once again. There is no predetermined direction to interpret my work; it can be an endless cycle. Should I go with the flow or establish and confront my truest self amidst constant disintegration and reformation? This is a state I often find myself in. I am fractured by external influences, only to internalize them and make them a part of myself. In the process of breaking down and reassembling, whether we become a completely new person, going with the flow, or remain true to our original intentions, holding onto our beliefs, all depends on a single thought. 1 set of 4 pieces
