“Peacefully” depicts a blue and white bowl with four animals meeting together - a dragon, monkey, pig and dog. The bowl is placed low in the picture plane as if at the very edge of a table. Above it is a looming mass of sharply faceted blocks or jostling for attention. It is an effective metaphor for a moment of quiet reflection or a moment of familial togetherness in a tumultuous world.
