This ensemble depicts a family group of a mother and her two identical twin daughters seated side by side somewhere, possibly on a crowded train. Both girls look away while the mother glances up from her phone to stare accusingly at us the viewer. In this work the tendency of parents to dress their identical twins in identical outfits goes one step further as the mother too is shown wearing the same identical long flowing floral-print dress.
